Description
Hello lovely London folk. I am travelling back to Latin America for a month, so we are looking to sublet 1 month for a 3rd person to join our cosy flat in Dalston. Our vibe is incredible chilled and we’d love to find someone that matches that energy. Pizza, board games & films is our love language. This is not a party house.
About the flat:
The shared living space is incredibly spacious! We have an open plan kitchen / lounge with a big dining table, multiple sofas and huge windows which face the high street and let lots of light in. Rob has a big boy coffee machine and Pierce has a maneki neko (one of those waving cats from Japan) which brings us endless luck and good fortune - you’re welcome.
About the room:
Large double with big windows which face into the inner court of the building, which is very quiet, offering the priceless perk of a good night of sleep. The room also has an ensuite with shower, sink & toilet.
Rooms are well distanced and walls are insulated.
Current flatmates / vibe:
Rob (M, 31) & Pierce (M, 30)
We love our relaxed evenings & weekends and all have a big shared interest in films, cooking for one another, and of course board games are always welcome.
We all enjoy a drink together, but we are not a party house. We see the flat as a cosy quiet haven to come back to and not a place to go wild.
