Lovely Double Room in Stoke Newington/Dalston

Hello! We are looking for a third flat mate for our flat! Sadly, our last flat mate had to drop out, but we love the place so much, so thought we'd try. I work full time, while my other flat mate will be doing her masters at CSM, so truly booked and busy. To be honest, the only thing we can ask for is a good vibe, and to deal with an obscene amount of decorations everywhere.

The photos shown are the ones that we have taken from the viewing, so this place will not look exactly as the photos. I am happy to sort out showing you the place, as I know whose living there at the moment, and of course, to meet before as well! (The photos are also from my own video, so sorry for the quality)!

If you aren't a student, the council tax band is D, and will paid by both of us. If you are a student, no stress! There is a discount, thankfully, for single person payments.

The move in date is the 16th of July, and our tenancy in the place we are in currently ends on the 4th of August, so we will be moving pretty casually over the month rather than all at once, if that is helpful or not.
