Huge room with walk in wardrobe above pub

Hi, one of our housemates is moving out so we’re looking for another girl to fill her space. Move in date would ideally be 20/21st July, but we can be a little flexible with that if necessary, although no later than start of August.

Some details about the room/flat:
* Very large, spacious room with a walk-in wardrobe (!!) and south facing windows
* Partially furnished - a bed, a desk, a low shelf, some mirrors (it’s a random collection of things that have accumulated)
* Very large living room with west facing windows
* A smallish gully kitchen with no windows (ew), recently renovated with lots of storage
* 1.5 bathrooms, recently renovated
* £900pcm, bills included, except wifi which is ~£10 more each, plus a £900 refundable deposit
* Please be aware that the flat is above a popular pub, this means the room can be noisy until at least 11.30 Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Friday/Saturday, and sometimes later if people hang around outside. The windows are single glazed so if you are a light, early sleeper this room probably won’t suit you
* Closest tubes are the Victoria line at Highbury and Islington (20 min walk, 12 min bus), or Dalston Junction/ Kingsland overground (10 min walk). Buses to Shoreditch, Soho, Angel etc

About us:
* Hettie - a software engineer for a crypto compliance company. 28. Working hybrid, in office 2-3 times a week.
* Sophie - a production assistant for a sound production company. 23. Works in office mon-fri.
* We both have our own lives going on, but are not out all of the time, so when we’re all in the house we do like to spend time together, watch tv, eat dinner, have a chat and when the weather is nice we have a sunny rooftop we like to enjoy a glass of wine on

About you:
Obviously it’s hard to say with any certainty here. We’re just standard girls who like the classic girl things, we would like someone who is interested in making the house a home, being friends and is not going to be out 24/7. There is no minimum length of contract for the room, but we’re looking for someone who is interested in staying a while and making a base for themselves. Preferably not WFH 5 days a week, likes to go out, do things, be active etc
