En-suite room in Dalston loft conversion ✨

We're sadly losing one of our flatmates as his best pal has brought a place nearby so we're looking to fill the biggest room in our house.

The place is the perfect space for three or four people with a super spacious living / dining / outdoor area downstairs and the three bedrooms upstairs.

Your room is the ensuite bedroom which has plenty of room for a single person or couple with high ceilings and room for a WFH setup.

For couples the room is £1500 + bills, for singles the room is £1400 + bills.

You’ll be living with Tara (27) and Jody (28), two down to earth Aussies who have collectively called London home for 6+ years. We are all super respectful, considerate housemates with a lot of our own things going on and our house has always been a calm space to re-coup from busy London lives. Friends are always welcome and we love to find time to chill together on our days off.

A couple of other things to note:

Tara works in TV and is sometimes away for a month or so at a time and so we have always been a sublet friendly home (usually friends in need of rooms short-term).

Bills are usually ~£150pcm (council tax, utilities, internet) and also includes a cleaner who comes every three weeks as well as all communal cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is within the cotton lofts development which is a secure gated complex. We also have a bike storage cage.

The room is available from the 31 July and you would be signing a 12 month lease. References will be carried out by the managing agency.
