Bedroom with king size bed and all linen provided. Living area with large flat-screen TV (with Netflix included). Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, all cooking utensils & plates, Smeg bean to cup coffee machine, cutlery etc. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including super-fast Virgin Fibre Broadband. Nothing to do - just move in.

Considering short-term lets only while we are away. the only bill not included is an end of tenancy clean.
