This is a spacious, furnished double-room with a balcony in a quiet house share in a quiet part of Dalston. The view towards the city is amazing (see picture). The neighbourhood is very quiet and within easy walking distance of Dalston, Hackney and Stoke Newington Church Street.

The room has an en-suite toilet and sink. Bathroom access is shared only with the live-in landlord. It’s ideal for an independent single tenant.

- Basic cooking equipment incl fridge is provided as part of the room.
- Bills are included
- Room is furnished with double bed, mattress, plenty of storage space, clothes rail

The room will be available from September onwards but late August might be considered.
