I have been living here for just under a year now and my current flat mate is leaving at the end of tenancy (21/7/24).
The flat is lovely, there is a spacious living room, a cosy wee balcony, a kitchen (with lots of cupboard space) and shared garden space.
The location is awesome too, the flat is just a few minutes walk from big parks like Hackney Downs and London Fields and for transport we have Dalston Junction/Kingsland and Hackney Central/Downs overground (lots of bus routes).
About me, I enjoy jazz gigs, being outdoors, the pub(every now and then), I also enjoy dancing, meditation and having people over for dinner. Living a tidy, peaceful life surrounded by lots of plants and with a friendly housemate is what I am looking for.
I am looking to get the tenancy finalised as soon as possible. Get in touch and we can arrange a viewing.
