Long term room available in E8 Hackney from the end of this month. £950 + bills in a two bedroom flat in the heart of Dalston. Bills come to around £120 per person per month.
Walking distance from Haggerston, Dalston Junction, and Dalston Kingsland stations, and well connected to several bus lines (149 / 242 / 243) just outside the front door.
London Fields / Broadway Market is only a ten-minute walk away, and there are heaps of bars, restaurants, and pubs within metres of leaving the flat. I really love this area and am always finding cool new spots!
The flat comes fully furnished as pictured. We currently have a two-person WFH setup in the living room, but I’m happy to move this around if the new tenant doesn’t work from home. There is also a car park available which is currently going unused.
About me: 31 yo Australian, work in Finance (definitely not a finance bro) and have been in London for 2.5 years. I love going to see live bands, cycling, taking photos, and popping down to the pub if there is any decent sport on. Ideally looking for someone with similar interests who can share a chat and a laugh after work.
The landlord is currently in the process of having a few things fixed around the house (new carpet downstairs, new light fittings, etc.), so the flat will look even nicer than in the photos!
