Looking for someone to take over my lease (30th of July to 21st of September)!
I'm sadly moving back to the US after living in this beautiful flat for over a year. It's a great location-- 5 min walk to Hackney Downs station, 10 min walk to London Fields, Dalston Kingsland, Aldi, Sainsbury's, M&S. You'd be living with two Scottish sisters who are very friendly and lead busy lives, so are often away from the flat.
The room is not officially furnished but I am happy to leave my bed and mattress, and the rest of the house will essentially stay furnished as well when I leave. Bills are usually around £120 per month.
