Double Room to Rent in Dalston

Hello!

With a heavy heart I need to let go of my lovely room in a 6-bed shared house here in Dalston. It’s split over 5 floors with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge (which we call the cinema room because it has a projector and cinema screen) and a garden.

You’d be sharing the flat with 2 girls and 3 guys. We all get on super well, so the right candidate for the room ideally is a kind and sociable person in order to maintain the good vibes and the close friendships in the house.

The room available is on the first floor and gets plenty of light. It comes furnished with a chest, wardrobe, sofa and double bed. Unfortunately the picture of the room is very messy as was taken when I first moved in! I can also send updated photos of the room in the next few days!

The location is incredible, as Dalston Kingsland station is a 5 minute walk away. Kingsland Highstreet is a 2 minute walk.

Rent is £930 with all bills included (gas, electricity, council tax and wifi).

I am looking for someone to move in on the 10th August.
