- You’ll be sharing with a friendly French couple in their early 30s – she’s a graphic designer and he works at Gordon’s Wine Bar.
- An lovely Australian guy will be moving in at the end of July.

**About the Room:**
- The smallest room in the house, perfect for a single person.
- Features the largest bathroom with a bath.
- Includes a little private outdoor space just outside the bedroom window – perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the summer.

**Rent & Bills:**
- Rent: £900 per month.
- Bills: £100 to £120 per month.

**Who We’re Looking For:**
