Room in Dalston location

We have a room free in our flat in Dalston, £550 p/m + £100-£130, flat with a total of 4 people (incl. person moving in), available for people looking to move in 4th March. Room comes unfurnished but the outgoing flatmate is leaving the bed and mattress and there is a build-in wardrobe in the room.

We have one shower and toilet separate, as well as another bathroom as part of an en suite - so you’d be sharing with only 2 other people. The kitchen and living room are joined but a nice size and we also have a pretty decent sized garden.

There are 2 overground stations (both Dalston junction and Kingsland) and a lot of good bus connections - genuinely very well connected and most places take about 30-40 mins to reach.

A bit about us:

Me - Joey (he/him) - almost 33 and from Germany, work in marketing and in the office 3 days a week. Likes skating, bouldering and trips to the cinema.

Rox (she/her) - 28 and from New Castle. She works in the city and from the office usually, though some weeks from home. Likes socialising with friends, going for a drink at the pub and running or bouldering.

Juliusz (he/they) - age 25 and from Poland. Is an in-house makeup artist for MAC (yes you will get a free makeover lol) and besides makeup likes learning how to sew and trying out new recipes.

A bit about you:

We are a pretty chill household and would prefer someone with a similar vibe. We are pretty diverse, LGBTQ friendly household with quite left leaning values - so no racists, homophobes or fans of Elon Musk please! As none of us are London natives, it is important to us to have a home feel instead of it being just a simple house share, so are looking for someone respectful and clean. That said, we do like having people round for dinners and drinks and of course to put on the occasional get-together, just not every weekend as we do also have adult jobs 🙃
