Double Room in Dalston location

REACTIVATING DUE TO A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION

We have a room free in our flat in Dalston, £725 p/m + £110-£130, flat with a total of 4 people (incl. person moving in), available for people looking to move ASAP. Room comes unfurnished but the outgoing flatmate is leaving the bed and mattress and there is a wardrobe just outside the room.

We have one shower and toilet separate, as well as another bathroom as part of an en suite - so you’d be sharing with only 2 other people. The kitchen and living room are joined but a nice size and we also have a pretty decent sized garden.

There are 2 overground stations (both Dalston junction and Kingsland) and a lot of good bus connections - genuinely very well connected and most places take about 30-40 mins to reach.

A bit about us:

Me - Joey (he/him) - almost 32 and from Germany, work in marketing and in the office Tuesday- Wednesday. Likes skating, bouldering, watching films and going for vegan meals with friends.

Linh (she/her) - 30 and from Germany. She is an architect and in the office 1-2 a week. Likes going to galleries, going for food with friends and going to the gym.

Juliusz (he/they) - age 24 and from Poland. Is a sales rep and in-house makeup artist for MAC (yes you will get a free makeover lol) Is mostly into gardening and trying out new recipes.

A bit about you:

We are an LGBTQIA+ household and would prefer a queer person or very involved ally. As Linh spent the last 3 years living in an all guys(ish) flat, we are this time looking for someone non cis-male. We all met via techno nights out, but want to express this isn’t a party house!! That said, we do like having people round for dinners and drinks and of course to put on the occasional get-together, just not every weekend as we do also have adult jobs 🙃
