Room in Dalston Junction

Our flatmate is moving away at the beginning of August so this room is becoming available. The room sits at the bottom floor with access to the garden. In fact, the window slides and opens into the garden. You can do some gardening if you fancy.

The room is not too big but there is plenty of storage under the bed, there is a big dresser and even a wardrobe in the hallway for you to use. There is also a little shed in the garden for random things.

There is also a toilet on the same floor with the room that would be yours to use as everyone else in the house uses other toilets. The bathroom with the shower and bath tub is at the top floor and you will be sharing that with one of the girls.
The living room and kitchen are on the first floor and the other 2 bed rooms are on the second floor.

The area is nice, there is plenty to do in Dalston all the time. It’s well connected with the overground, you’re 2 mins away from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland.
