Myself and two friends are looking for a house between now-August and we don't want to limit ourselves to three beds so looking for a potential fourth! We have a few viewings this week (in Stoke Newington/Dalston) so would love to line people up to apply with us

We're looking around Angel, Islington, Stoke Newington, Dalston, Hackney, Hoxton ish. We'd love to have a balcony or garden. Not too picky on furnished/unfurnished. Our budget is £1000-£1200 each.
About us:
We're three 26 year olds, Julia and Sarah are from Dublin and I met them studying in Dublin but am from San Francisco. We want to more than coexist and explore coffee shops / bars / do wholesome activities / dinner parties but also have our alone time etc. Mainly just care about the house vibe being warm! Looking for someone with a job and references ready so that to get an offer together quickly because places seem to fly off the shelf!
