Tucked away a stone’s throw from Dalston’s Kingsland Road, this spacious yet self-contained room is the perfect spot for those getting to know the city or looking for an in-between move. As well as local shops/restaurants/bars/nightlife there is also plenty of transport nearby.

You will be moving in with two down to earth, friendly lads. We are respectful of each other and we like the house to have a positive, homely vibe (kept clean too). We work hard in the week, enjoy downtime/rest, but are always open to being social too and having a laugh.

The advertised big top room has a desk, storage space, a sofa bed, mini-bed and a coffee table, and you will have access to all the shared areas of the house which include 2 bathrooms, a living room & balcony, and a kitchen.

We really love this house...its right off Kingsland road in the middle of Dalston, which feels like the centre of earth these days and has everything going on. However, the house is on a surprisingly peaceful and quiet estate just off the main road...the house is situated on a lovely grassy green, which is nice for a breath of fresh air. The house is two stories, has a kitchen and dining table, a spacey hallway, an open plan living area which leads on to a terrace which looks over the city, there is one bathroom and another toilet room. There are also three other large storage spaces in the house to store items.

This is a 2 month Let starting this weekend 16th November (can flex a little on move-in date). We need somebody confirmed in the next day or two, so please get in touch asap!
