Two rooms available in Dalston!

After 3 years, our lovely flatmates have decided it’s time for a change, so two rooms are available in a gorgeous 3 bedroom flat.

About the flat:

The flat is in great condition, the only person living there before us was the owner. AMAZING location, 30 seconds walk to Dalston Junction station, 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland station, and a range of restaurants/supermarkets all on our doorstep.

There is a 24 hour concierge, and a gym on site!

We have all the mod cons; air fryer, nutribullet, slow cooker, rice cooker etc etc.

There is an en-suite in our room, so you would only share a bathroom with one other person.

Ideal move in date is 1st September, but we can be flexible on that.

Room 1: The rent is £995 per month
Room 2: The rent is £935 per month

And bills do vary but they come to around £110 each per month. This includes water, council tax, heating, electricity, internet, TV licence.

Jade 30, from East London, works in dentistry (never works from home)
Will 28, from Newcastle, works in translation (works from home 1-2 days a week in his room)
