My current flatmate is moving back to Norway so I'm looking for someone to replace her. It's a great two bed 10th floor apartment.

The room is a double, it comes with a wardrobe and other storage space. It gets a lot of natural light. The property has two bathrooms so you'll have a bathroom to yourself.

The room is available from the 20th August.

About Me
I'm clean, tidy and easy going. I’m 32 and work in finance for a start up. Outside of work, I'm pretty active with going to the gym, dinners and the occasional drink.

I’d be cool to find a flatmate who likes to share the occasional evening out for dinner or a drink. Hang out at the flat from time to time and also likes their own space.

The Flat
Good standard of furnishing throughout the place. The shared living area is spacious and comes with a dining area with a 4 seater table. There's a lot of natural light and an incredible view. It also has a small private balcony.

We get direct access to a communal roof garden, a well-equipped free gym for residents, 24/7 concierge and it's a quiet place in the evenings.

Bills come up to £180 a month. Council tax band D.

The Location
I've found it to be very well connected for all parts of London. Dalston Junction station is a 2 minute walk away and 5 minutes to Dalston Kingsland. There are a variety of bus options all within a few minutes of the flat.

A handful of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk including a big Sainsbury’s, M&S and Aldi. Spoilt for choice when it comes to pubs/bars and restaurants.

15 minutes from to London Fields, Highbury & Islington and Stoke Newington,
