Large Double Room with Ensuit in Dalston

Hiya! We are looking for a third roommate or couple to join us in our friendly and homey flat, from 1st of September.

Rent £1130 (single) £1340 (couple). Bills come to around £150 each per month.

It’s right above Dalston Junction station in the Dalston square complex, so it’s very convenient.

It has a gym & concierge as well as access to the rooftop!

You’ll have the master bedroom which is quite big and comes fully furnished, with a lot of cupboard space and a private en-suite.

You’ll be living with two girls both in our late 20’s. We work full time, usually 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. We both like to exercise, go out to the theatre and have a mooch around a market. We also like to hang out at home and cook together sometimes.

We are wanting to organise viewings for evening of the 25th and 30th of July ideally.

Most importantly, we are after someone of similar age who is friendly, social, fun and kind 🥰
