Short term let/en-suite room/friendly flat share

Short-term room let available for around 2 months from beginning of September to end of October while I am away on a sabbatical.

You will be sharing a bright, spacious flat with 1 very friendly and sociable housemate (aged 29). He usually works from home 3/4 times a week.

The room is a decent-sized double with and en-suite with shower. There’s plenty of storage and is at the back of the flat, so nice and quiet and much cooler temperature. The flat has an open plan living room with kitchen, with plenty of light, big sofa and tv.

The location is great - right by Dalston Kingsland station. Lots of pubs, bars, cafes and live music venues nearby. There are easy transport links to North/East and Central London via Overground and bus.
