Hello!

I'll be moving out of this lovely flat in mid August and am looking for a new flatmate to replace me. It is a 3 bed flat with a spacious living and kitchen area, a large bathroom (with a bath) and a small balcony.

The room is bright with a double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe, desk and chair. There is plenty of space in the bedroom for a WFH set up and would be suitable for a hybrid worker.

Currently in the flat there are two fun, easy going and chill flatmates, Matt and Sujin. Both are working professionals in their early to mid 30's. Matt is English and Sujin is from Korea.

There is a Tesco Express roughly 100 metres from the front door. The main street of Dalston is about a 5 minute walk where you'll find a vast array of good restaurants, cafes, and bars. Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations take about 5-10 minutes walk.

Bills are shared equally with everyone in the flat and comes to roughly £80 - £100 per person per month (Broadband, energy, water, council tax (Band C)). Current contract renews on 15 September and will run till September 2025.
