Looking for a super relaxed, chill, fun flatmate who's LOVES dogs ( I have a small, hypoallergenic, trained service dog poodle x chihuahua ) to take over my current flatmate's room.

Good communicator who's open, honest and direct ( with compassion ) is essential! I'm very flexible so let me know what you're preferences are and I can accomodate :)

I'm a recovering drug addict who's been sober for 4 years so preferably no drugs in the common spaces

The flat has large floor to ceiling, black, grid windows in a warehouse conversion 5 mins walking distance from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland station.

I'm a data scientist by day, disco/soul/70s/80s musician/DJ by night so am quite active but love staying at home and I'm looking for a flatmate who's a heavy sleeper as I may be coming back late from gigs! ( don't worry won't DJ at home and produce on headphones at home )

I take my dog for a walk everyday to London Fields / Hackney Downs ( walking distance ) so always love a good walk :)

I WFH most days of the week and go in when I'm needed ( usually 1 - 2 days ) and would be super happy to have a shared working space ( there's room for that too! ) but if you're not keen on that the double room is large enough to have a work setup with ample space remaining

I've been living here for 3 years and I've got tonnes of furniture which you can use - double bed, chaise lounge, bean bag!

Preferably no guests over :)
