My flatmate and I are looking for 2 people to take over our tenancy agreement, which has 6 months left to run (until March 2025) with the option of renewal. She's moving back to New York, and I'm moving on to live alone, after 3.5 wonderful years living here.

The flat comes fully furnished and is on the top floor of a large Victorian house, set over 2 floors. You enter the flat up a small staircase, with storage for coats and shoes. The ground floor comprises an open plan living / kitchen room, with floor to ceiling built in bookshelves and banquette seating around a dining table which can seat up to 12 people. It's amazing for cosy nights on the sofa and also hosting dinner parties and friends. On the top floor, there are two large, bright double bedrooms, with generous built in wardrobes. The rooms are exactly the same size. There's a landing with storage space and skylights, and a modern bathroom, with a bath tub.

There are 4 other flats in the building and we have wonderful neighbours, mostly young professionals, all very friendly and fun.

Rent is £2500 per month (£1250 per room). Bills come to around £300 per months (c. £150 each): £24 for Wifi, £33 for water, around £110 for gas and electric and £122 for council tax.
