Myself and my boyfriend are moving out for a few months this and have had permission from our (amazing!) landlady to sublet our beautiful apartment.

Less than 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Station & 7 mins to Dalston Junction

Spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed, large built in wardrobe with so much space and chest of drawers.

The living room/ kitchen area is really spacious, loads of storage. There is a new L shape sofa, coffee table, storage unit, smart TV with built in Netflix etc and a desk space for working from home.

The kitchen is super spacious with built in oven, hob and microwave. Along with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a huge 6 person dining room table, perfect for hosting friends and dinners.

The best part about the flat is the balcony with incredible views of the city and you get the best sunsets! We have just bought brand new outdoor furniture sofa/small table as well.
