En-suite bedroom in bright Dalston Junction flat

Looking for a girl (late 20s/early 30s) to move into my flat in Dalston Junction. Move in date from mid September (17th September onwards)

My current flatmate is spreading her wings and moving to Hong Kong, so looking for somebody equally amazing to take her large en-suite bedroom in our lovely two bedroom flat.

The flat is in Dalston Square - a new build complex literally a minute away from Dalston Junction overground (you can see the back exit from the living room). Being in Dalston Square the flat also comes with a lot of amenities, including a free gym, concierge, parking, and bike storage.

London fields is a 10 minute walk away, and there are lots of shops/restaurants/cafes/pubs/bars nearby. There’s an Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Coop, and M&S all within a five minute walk.

The flat did come unfurnished, however the furniture in the communal spaces will stay (sofa, table etc). My current flatmate however is going to move her bed into storage for when she comes back to London, so the new flatmate in will have to get a new bed/mattress etc, as well as any other furniture they want for their room (e. g. bedside table, desk)

The communal space (living room/kitchen) is super spacey and bright, and there is a massive balcony with views over London (e. g. the BT tower, the city). As well as a generous wardrobe in your room, there is also communal storage space for suitcases etc.

Bills aren’t included, they usually come to around £175 per month.

Being a two bed flat it’s an intimate living situation - so looking for someone who is fun and sociable, but also tidy and considerate (fair warning I am a neat freak). Really important it is someone who I am going to gel well with.

About me: I’m 28, and work in international trade policy for the Government. My mum is Swiss/Spanish so I have a love of travel/different cultures/languages from her. I love to go out, but you’ll equally find me doing wholesome things like cooking or going swimming at London Fields Lido/Hampstead Heath. Love standup comedy, like to think I also have a pretty good sense of humour (I might be deluded)
