The room:
The room is a spacious double with a new king sized bed and ensuite. Ideal for couples!

The flat:
The flat is a conformable and modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with great views of the sky line! Big kitchen with all the modern amenities. It's well insulated, with underfloor heating so stays warm in the winter. There are large windows which open to keep things cool and breezy in the summer. The building has bike storage and a concierge which is handy for deliveries.

The longe has a comfy couch which is great for kicking back and watching a movie. We also have a balcony which is a nice spot for lunch on.

The area:
Located right next to Dalston Kingsland overground station and short walk to Dalston junction, it’s a great spot in east London and very well connected to the rest of the city.

I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a friendly couple who are considerate of the space. A bonus if you work in the creative industries and have a soft spot for house music. Will need to have an existing jobs and proof of income for the agent checks.

About me:
I recently moved to London from New Zealand at the start of the year and like to spend time exploring the city, catching gigs and soaking up what London has to offer. I work as a UX designer during the day and can often be found with my climbing shoes heading out for a boulder.
