Room in Spacious Dalston Apartment

Room available in Dalston Works apartment complex, for a sublet 1-2 months starting January 1st.

The room will have most personal possessions cleared out, so you will be free to use all the space, wardrobes, drawers etc as you like. The room is shown in the top picture.

You are free to use the rest of the apartment too, also pictured, which includes balcony, bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen, living room etc. Fully furnished as shown in photos, styled by Conran.

Important - to secure the room I will need £600 up front when we exchange keys. The next £350 to be paid 2 weeks later. Happy to exchange IDs and other documentation for added security if you'd like.
