Room in Spacious Dalston Apartment

Room available in Dalston Works apartment complex, for a short term sublet June 15th onwards. Ideally only staying for a month but can negotiate longer if necessary.

The room will have most personal possessions cleared out, so you will be free to use all the space, wardrobes, drawers etc as you like. The room is shown in the top picture.

You are free to use the rest of the apartment too, also pictured, which includes balcony, bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen, living room etc. Fully furnished as shown in photos, styled by Conran.

Important - to secure the room I will need £600 up front when we exchange keys. Happy to exchange IDs and other documentation for added security if you'd like.
