THE HOUSE
The house is warm and welcoming with hard wood floors and custom made scandi design & decor throughout house. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a good sized lounge and open-plan kitchen and ample storage space. It is built on three floors and part of a lovely, quiet leafy gated residence in the middle of Shacklewell lane, which has a friendly community feel.

There's also allocated parking space and bicycle park space.

THE ROOM
The room is on the first floor along with the bathroom and fills with tonnes of natural light with four windows. It is a generous double room in an L shape. One side is a bed and inbuilt shelving, the other side a large space for wardrobe. Ample space for desk etc. The room is hard to capture in one image, all images are of same room from different angles in advert.

HOUSEMATE
I am sadly leaving the house to move abroad, so you'd be sharing with Charlie, a friendly and chilled stylist working in Soho. We are very keen on keeping this house a friendly and open environment so are looking for someone respectful, clean and friendly, ideally working in creative realm with no preference of gender. The house is LGBT+ friendly.

You'd be signing onto a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause. Contract officially starts on 29th September however you could move in by 22nd September. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
