A big double room, with an ensuite bathroom, an outdoor area on the basement floor accessible via the room and a desk space for WFH. 2 bedroom flat, so you will live with a lovely Australian couple who have already lived in the flat for a year.

Most bills included, but electricity/gas to be paid separately on top of rent (usually around £90pm, per room).

A spacious flat part of a beautiful old building on a quiet road, with two ensuite double rooms, kitchen and living room as common spaces. A comfortable, bright space with plenty of room for people to relax and work from home.

The spot is a 5-8-minute walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland, but is situated in the quiet streets of De Beauvoir. You have everything you need nearby: Tesco, organic supermarket Cif-Ci, corner stores, number of delis and cafes (KHP, Miro, De Beauvoir Deli, Weino Bib), and cosy pubs for food and drink (Duke of Wellington, Scolt's Head, Hunter S, De Beauvoir Arms, Talbot). There are two primary schools near the building, so there may be some noise during the weekdays.

Flat is furnished & some bills included.
- All kitchen amenities, TV, basic furniture in the room like bed, bedside tables, desk & chair
- High speed fibre optic internet, TV licence, etc.
- Gas and electricity bill is not included and paid separately, approximately ~£180 per month divisible by all tenants (around £90 per room)

I'm the landlord, but you will be living with an Australian couple called Simran and Rohan. My partner and I have moved to Germany so we are renting out our flat. We are looking for a trustworthy, friendly individual/couple to rent the room.

Please note this is a short-term arrangement as we are currently in the process of selling the flat. Note there may be viewings during your stay. I'm happy to answer more questions around that should it be a match.

Depending on the sale, the current maximum is 3 months (until December). In the event of no sale we can keep a rolling contract.

"Hi! 👋🏽 We’re Simran and Rohan. We’re from Australia and moved to London just over a year ago and have been living in the flat since. We’re both professionals, Simran is a Psychologist and Rohan is a Chiropractor.

Rohan likes to keep active and will dabble in different outdoor sports and hobbies and loves a daytime nap. Simran loves a Netflix binge, reading and critiquing our nearby cafes (coffee snob). We are quite sociable and love spending time outdoors exploring London and travelling Europe.

We both work full time and from the office except for Simran who works from home here and there. We are pretty easy going and open minded people!
