Ensuite room in Dalston

Hi everyone,

I have a beautiful room available mid-late September. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, two sets of drawers, a built-in double wardrobe and a small desk.

The room also includes an ensuite and a small room attached which is currently being used as an office.

The house is a ground-floor, open-plan, two-bedroom flat with loads of natural light and a private courtyard/ patio. We also have a very large rooftop, which is shared with the rest of the apartment block.

The area is set back off Dalston high street within walking distance from Clissold Park, Stoke Newington and Hackney Downs. It’s well connected with 3 overground stations in walking distance and is a 15-minute cycle into the city.

A bit about me: I’m 32 and originally from Australia. I work in finance as a PA which keeps me pretty busy during the weekdays. I spend most of my time at dinner with friends or out and about on the weekends.

I have a rescue cat named Angela who likes to sit next to you on the sofa but generally isn’t a bother. She spends most of her time asleep on my bed.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and will treat the house like a home, I’ve lived here for 3 years and really do love it. This isn’t a party house but it’s ideal for dinners and drinks, especially in the summer.

Bills are usually around 200 per this includes water, electricity, council tax, a fortnightly cleaner, Netflix, Amazon prime and Wifi.
