We have a room available in our 4 bedroom Dalston house! The remaining flatmates are 3 x 25/26 y. o. working professionals originally from Australia and New Zealand. Everyone in the house is super friendly, social, active, and we love doing stuff together as a house like going for meals, sauna sessions, or just chatting on the couch :). Looking for someone easy-going, clean & respectful, and someone that will gel well with the rest of the housemates!

The bedroom available is the top floor, western facing room - see floorplan attached. The room comes furnished with a bed/mattress and wardrobe, is really well sized (3.61 x 3.14) with lots of space for a desk, and has lots of natural light looking onto lots of trees & greenery.

There's also a kitchen/living room, lots of storage space, an outdoor courtyard, two toilets and a shared bathroom.

📍The house is 8 mins walk from Hackney Downs, 12 mins to Hackney Central, and 14 mins walk from Dalston Kingsland. Walking distance to London Fields and also Hackney Downs park, 2 of the best parks in London!

🗓️ The room is available from 1st Oct. The house-contract is until May 2025.

💻Work from home/hybrid or in the office is fine. The room can fit a proper desk if you fancy buying one 😊

The rent is £950 per month excluding bills. Deposit will be 5 weeks rent.
