The available bedroom comes unfurnished with two built-in wardrobes and has a south-facing bay window and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.🌞 Plenty of storage and space for desk if WFH.
Looking for a fun and friendly person to join the household. Ideally: aged 28-40, open-minded and passionate about what they do.
Move-in date is the 1st of October.

📍Located on a quiet back street in Dalston. Just 6 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs overground stations.
🖼 This house is in amazing condition and well-decorated. The kitchen/living room is open-plan with skylights, has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and has been super comfortable for us for the last 6.5 years. Any issues are usually fixed by the landlord’s maintenance man within 48 hours. We also have a cleaner who comes over once a week, this has been included in the bills.
Although we’re all very fun individuals, we’re very keen to have clean and tidy housemates who will treat this house like a home.
Flatmates:
Room 1 - Ray (36) 👨🏾🦱 and Susanna (31)👱🏻♀️- Producer in narrative film & tv and Exhibitions Project Manager. We're chilled out and also very sociable and passionate about what we do! Plus we’re both big foodies and big on culture and travel. Have lived in the flat for over 6 years because we love it so much!
Ray’s and Sus’ cat called Lilla (2) 🐈(meaning little in Swedish) who is a little adventurer and on occasion will honour you with a cuddle. Has a few tricks up her sleeve including a high-fives!
Room 2 - Viktor (33)👨🏼 partnerships in fashion, very outgoing and social; enjoys going out, travelling, food, yoga and exercising.
Looking for like-minded, creative housemates. We absolutely love the area, the flat itself and being in a sociable household that feels like a home.
