📍Located on a quiet backstreet in Dalston. Only 6 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Hackney Downs overground stations.
🖼 House is in great condition, has some original Victorian features and is well-decorated. Open plan kitchen-living room with skylights and bifold doors which open out to our private garden. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and a dishwasher.
Any maintenance issues are usually fixed by the landlord’s maintenance team within 72 hours. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes over once a week, this is included in the bills.
Although we’re all very fun individuals, we’re very keen to have clean and tidy housemates who will treat this house like a home.

Room 1 - Ray👨🏾🦱 (37) Creative Director/Film & TV Producer and Susanna👱🏻♀️ (32) Exhibitions Project Manager. Chilled out couple, very sociable and passionate about what we do! Both massive foodies and big on art, culture and travel. Have lived in the flat for over 7 years because we love it so much!
Lilla 🐈 (2) Ray’s and Sus’ cat (meaning "little" in Swedish). She's a little adventurer and on occasion will honour you with a cuddle. Has a few tricks up her sleeve including, sit and high-fives!
Room 2 - Urooj👩🏽 (30) moved to London from Canada and works in software. Big on running, reading, food and travel.
Looking for like-minded, creative housemates. We absolutely love the area, the flat itself and being in a sociable household that feels like a home.
