Spacious double room available in Dalston

We are looking for a sublet to move in from the 1st Nov 2024!

Our permanent flatmate is away in Spain and we need this room filled, we don't have a set time they're due to come back so this will be a rolling monthly sublet, but we will give a month notice.

The room has tall ceilings, great location on Stoke Newington Road, very close to Kingsland Rd station.

The two current flatmates are easy going, one is studying her Masters at CSM and the other is a PR/Comms professional.

We'd appreciate someone respectful, tidy and friendly.

The room comes mostly furnished, you will have a clothes rack and small draw. There's some storage space under the bed too.

Bills included cover council tax, water, wifi, gas, power and general household items. The flat is on two meters, so in the winter we expect the gas bill to increase slightly and we split the extra cost three ways, but we aim to be mindful of this to not pay too much.

The move in date is Nov 1, and viewings to be held in the next few weeks so it's sorted in advance as I am travelling next month and won't be home as much.
