Dalston 1 bedroom studio - right off highstreet

Looking to sublet my 1 bedroom Dalston apartment. It is right near Rio Theater off high street, next to so many great restaurants, cafes and bars - and still a nice quiet block. There are no other flatmates.

Looking for someone who is kind and considerate and can take care of the place while I’m gone, not a party flat, as I really like my neighbors and want to be respectful to them.

It has a top floor large living room, kitchen, laundry in unit, updated bathroom and bedroom with backyard view. It’s a dreamy place I am sad to leave but must for work. It’s excellent for cooking a good meal, bottle of wine and watching a movie on projector or having a super lounging weekend at home.
