Amazing location between Dalston and Stoke Newington, just 9 min walk to Dalston Kingsland or 13 min walk to Dalston Junction!

The flat is a beautiful terraced home, with beautiful wood floor and high ceilings living space, modern kitchen and bathroom. The garden is big and a sun trap in summer.

The room is good sized bedroom located on the ground floor next to the living room. The bed is pull up with under bed storage, and there is also a large cupboard above the door which is good for keeping larger items likes suitcases sorted. Furniture is not included, but I’d like to sell my bed and drawers to the next tenant. Also open to selling the mirror and rail.

The current flatmates are two late 20s working professionals in fashion production and film production. Our previous flatmate moved out 3 weeks ago, and I am in the process of packing up so the living room looks bare at the moment. Plenty of room to add your furnishings to make it homely again.

Hope to have someone take over my contract from 5th October latest, however if someone was available to move in weekend of 28th/29th September that would work for me too. Rent is £772.69 paid on 26th of each month (this would be for Octobers rent) + bills (usually £100) pcm. I would pay rent on 26th Sept, and the new tenant would pay me pay (amount to be confirmed as depends on move in date). There will also be a £50 contract fee from the letting agent which the new tenant would pay.
