-2 minutes from Kingsland Road and Rio Cinema, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, yet on a quiet road – the best location you could ask for!

**About the Housemates:**
Two friendly Australians males, easy going, easy to live with, who love sharing a cheeky glass of wine in the living room with good conversation!

**About the Room:**
- A medium room size perfect for a single person or a couple (we lived there as a couple)
- Little bathroom with shower/toilets
-Can be furnished or unfurnished if you prefer.
Only the bed needs to stay as it came with the house.

**Rent & Bills details.**
- Rent: 1075 per month (1300 couples)
- Bills: 99.75 per person per month (so 199.5 for a couple)

**Who We’re Looking For:**
-A couple or a single person (female preferred for house balance)
-Sociable, clean individual who enjoys occasional socialising with housemates over a glass of wine from time to time
-Respectful of others' privacy
