We have a lovely big room coming available in our house near Dalston from mid October.

The house is about 10 mins walk from Dalston kingsland overground, just off the high street, Clissold park 10 mins away. Close to lots of lovely pubs and shops.

The room is big and light, with plenty of storage. Comes only with a Bed frame + mattress. Its 770 plus around £100 for bills and deposit is 770

The house has a bright kitchen, living room, one bathroom with a separate toilet and a sunny garden out the back.

You’ll be sharing with four others, we all get on and enjoy hanging out along with having our own busy social/work lives

Ideally want someone of similar age, who is busy with friends and work but are sociable/friendly in the house and obvs clean/tidy/respectful.
