Description
Hi friends! If you’re looking for an oasis in the middle of everything, this could be the place for you!
*The Room*
Bright, well maintained, very large self contained unfurnished one bedroom plus private living space, office area and wet room. The room available is very peaceful, loads of storage, located on one side of the flat with no shared walls with flatmates. The opportunity to be as social, or as anti-social, as your heart delights.
*The Flat*
Located on the first floor in a friendly block in Dalston with a real sense of community and welcoming neighbours. The flat is an architecturally designed office conversion making it really unique and character filled. There is a shared living area and kitchen with all the necessities (washing machine included).
Centrally located around Rio Cinema we are a stones throw from:
- Overground (Dalston Kingsland station (3 min walk) or Dalston Junction station (7 min walk))
- Many many bus routes.
- M&S/Sainsbury/Aldi
- Dusty Knuckle/Brunswick East/Jolene – carbs and coffee sorted.
*The Flatmates*
There are three fantastic kiwis living here long term. A little about them:
Jaime (she/her) – 31. Works in Finance. The resident ray of sunshine.
Simon (he/him) – 28. Works in Engineering. Resident baker. Prepare to eat cake.
Shanon (he/him) – 30. Works in Tech. Can fix anything with wires.
They all have their own separate lives, but put time and energy into making home feel like home. They enjoy casual banter, have been known to head down to the pub together on a random night and overall respectful, clean and courteous flatmates.
I should advise that its not a party house, we all appreciate sleep and working to different schedules. They’ll each have big nights from time to time, it just all happens outside of the flat.
*About me – Outgoing Flatmate*
Keatan (she/her) – 36. Loved my time here and very excited for my successor. I’m moving back to Australia to be closer to family. And will need to sell all the bedroom furniture in the process in case that helps any of the readers here.
*Potentially You*
Ideally a professional lady in her early 30’s but happy to meet anyone that thinks they could fit into our fun dynamic.
Flat is available from Nov 23rd but can be flexible. If the above sounds appealing, please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself.
