Big room in Dalston flat with own balcony!

I have to return to Copenhagen, so this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to take over my giant room with your very own balcony (with a nice leafy view), loads of storage space in the room (it is furnished with a big closet and drawers) and get to live with my truly wonderful housemates.

The rest of the apartment is a big living room/dining room space where we work from home, hang out and sometimes end the night with an episode of whatever we are watching (right now it's Gavin and Stacey - I am being educated). There's a nice open kitchen, where you'll also find a washing machine w dryer. 👀 Then, there's a cosy shared terrace and a big bathroom!

But the best part of it all is that you will get to live with two of my faves:

🌟Sam (28) Works for a production company. Likes pickling, trying out new ottolenghi recipes, keeping the houseplants alive and thriving, buying good wine, Caroline Polachek and going to the movies to watch films that I find boring which means they are actually good and cool hehe.

🌟Rosemary (27) Works for a charity, loves picky bits, a crisp glass of white wine with a side of reality TV, a little craft moment, singing along to Chappell Roan and is a comedy show expert.

We are looking for a nice new housemate, someone mature and laid back. Not into having a party house - we prefer it to be pretty chill and cozy, and a place where we can recharge the social batteries - but we do like to have people over for dinner or for a chill drink after the pub has closed sometimes. That terrace isn’t going to use itself.
