I am Jo. I am looking for someone to replace me in my current flat, in Dalston.
My flatmate is a 30 year old woman, working in a school so she will be in her office Monday-Friday.
New contract would start on the 7th of October but happy for you to move in sooner !
My room is a furnished double bed room with a personal bathroom in a fully furnished flat. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a big balcony and a courtyard in the middle of the block (very quite if you WFH)! It is 25 meters from the Kingsland Highstreet which has bus routes to central London in minutes. Two tube stations 3 minutes away with the overground, with great connections to town in under 20 minutes! It is situated in a great area where lots is always happening with some gorgeous parks really close by!
