The shared living spaces are on the roof level giving this flat the benefit of cross ventilation and lots of natural light. With a bonus and sizeable roof terrace.

We’re moving back home to Australia so it’s a bonus if you’re interested in buying the furniture.

Bills are roughly £100 per month per person and shared equally amongst the household.

Dalston is a great location and the flat is a short walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. The Dusty Knuckle bakery and Allpress cafe are both also super close by.

You’ll be taking over the end of our lease with the current lease ending in June 2025, with the opportunity to extend.
