We’re moving back home to Australia so it’s a bonus if you’re interested in buying the furniture. The room fits a 6 drawer unit and two hangers perfect storage for a couple. The king bed also has three drawers underneath.

Bills are roughly £100 per month per person and shared equally amongst the household.

Dalston is a great location and the flat is a short walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. The Dusty Knuckle bakery and Allpress cafe are both also super close by. The building has a bike store accessed with a lock code.

You’ll be taking over the end of our lease with the current lease ending in June 2025, with the opportunity to extend.

Applicants will require full time employment contracts and to have started working to pass the reference check and right to rent in UK
