Spare Room Dalston

Hi!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the spare room in a 2 bed flat in Dalston.

Very convenient location just off Kingsland Road. Less than 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground.

I’m a 30 year old event professional and am away a lot with work so you’ll have the place to yourself quite often. When I am working in London, I often come back late just to be aware in case you’re sensitive about those kind of things.

It’s a fairly cosy flat, the balcony is shared between the two bedrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen area.

The bedroom is unfurnished but there can be drawers/rails left if you like. No bed or mattress available though.

Ideally, you would be working full time and not from the house everyday as there isn’t much space for a desk in the communal area. No pets or couples please!
