Kitchen has modern appliances, ample fridge and freezer space, a dishwasher and the washing machine
- Property managers keep the building well and are responsive/communicate well

Area:
- Located in the heart of Dalston but back from main roads so don’t hear loud traffic noises
-Loads of bars, restaurants and cafes around

Transport:
- 5 minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground.
-2-5 minute walk to multiple bus routes (56, 38, 243, 76 and more)

Flatmate:
You'll live with Sian (27) who works in Finance

I’m for looking someone who is easygoing and likeminded, who likes to socialise but also respects cleanliness and individual space.

Rent is 1415GBP plus council tax, water, electric, and wifi. These are currently c. 150 each per month

Deposit is £1,187.50

You would need to provide proof of employment and right to rent in the UK.

The lease will be 11 months as this is a change in sharer one month into the contract so ideally no short terms!
