Beautiful three bedroom Victoria terrace house which I visit maybe a maximum of 5 days a month to see my daughter as I live in Spain. This is why price point is at it is because you are essentially living alone in a three bedroom property on a lovely treelined SUPER QUIET street with large private garden singing birds and the place to yourself 95% of the time ! Would prefer someone who doesn't work from home as no desk and will need to work in house when I visit , however flexible on this ... Has to be a female sorry as sometimes my teenage daughter will visit on my five days in town.
