Modern en suite in 2 bed flatshare

Hey! I'm looking for someone to replace me in our 2-bed flatshare. I'm buying so will be moving on in December (around the 8th). The room is a great sized double with it's own super modern en suite bathroom including bath and shower. The flat is unfurnished, but the bedroom comes with built-in, mirrored wardrobes, with loads of storage space. Big windows.

The flat is part of a gated, modern converted block and we're on the 2nd floor. There's a lift, secure bike storage and a shared communal garden on site. Option to have a parking space with an additional fee. It's very quiet and we never hear our neighbours. The flat is unfurnished so there's an opportunity to bring your own stuff add to what's already here and put your own stamp on the place. Amazing high ceilings throughout.

The lounge is really big with space for watching TV and dining table for entertaining or working from home (also enough room in the bedroom for a desk if you'd prefer). Separate kitchen has everything built in (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer), and plenty of storage for 2 people. The whole flat feels super modern and spacious and has been fitted to a really high standard. Also added charm of exposed brick in the bedrooms and lounge!

You'll be sharing with Lisa, who is 37 and works as a Producer (usual 9-5hours). She tends to work from home twice a week, is clean and tidy, easy going, sociable, and in and out of the flat at weekends. Looking for a friendly, clean and considerate professional who ideally doesn't work from home more than 3 days a week.

Area is amazing - right in between Dalston, Hackney Downs and Stoke Newington with SO many bars, restaurants and coffee shops, but on a peaceful road. 10min walk to Dalston Kingsland overground 14min to Dalston Junction. Less than 10mins from multiple bus routes. 5 min walk to Hackney Downs, 20mins to Clissold Park, 20mins to London Fields.

We rent via an agent (Akelius), who will handle all the referencing checks. They also deal with maintenance requests for the whole building, so really easy. Rent is £1300 each per month.
