Bedroom + extra room in a 3-shared loft flat

Hey there!
We are 2 professionals looking for a third housemate to join our lovely flat.

The flat:
Situated in the coolest neighbourhood in London, ~Dalston~, the flat is a 2-story complex with: 3 bedrooms, 1 office room (will be explained later), a large shared living room and eating area, well accessorised modern kitchen and 1 bathroom with a shower as well as a bathtub/shower.
The building used to be a furniture factory many years ago and is now renovated, so expect a cool warehouse vibe with exposed brick. The building has a lift and concierge at the lobby.

Your room:
Your room comes with an additional room on the second floor, which can easily function as an office space/place for hosting/storage etc. The room comes with a couch that opens to a bed (as seen in pictures).

A little bit about us:
Caroline - 28 years old Brit, working in finance, a true foodie who enjoys trying new recipes and exploring new restaurants. Love practicing barre, a good glass of wine and an episode of SATC.
Adi - 34 years old Israeli, works as digital designer in the city. I like keeping active, very much into spin, going to markets, art exhibitions and also quite a foodie who’s always looking for nice cafes around town.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone in their 30’s. We hope to find someone who we can be friends with and do fun activities together. We’re not a party house, we each have our own routine and we like to just chill in the evenings. Of course always happy to go for a drink after work, plenty of options around :) we’re looking for someone who likes to keep the house clean, we care that the shared areas are always nice and tidy. We rotate the cleaning on the house between ourselves.

Rent and bills:
You will be paying £1050 monthly for rent, £1150 for security deposit (which will be transferred back to you once you move out), and between £150-£200 max for bills (The Thames water bill changes every few months based on usage).

Transportation:
The building is a 5 minute walk from Dalston Junction overground and has plenty of busses nearby, it’s very well connected and easy to get around!

The area:
Dalston area is very vibrant, expect lots of cool bars, restaurants and cafes. The dusty knuckle, All press and a 30 minute walk from Columbia flower market to name a few.
There’s also a huge Sainsbury’s in Kingsland shopping centre right behind the building.
