Large double room in 3 bed Hackney Downs flat

A very spacious room situated within a stylish factory conversion near Hackney Downs, joining two friendly, sociable and clean professionals - Jamie and Emile. We like to maintain a sociable, tidy and chilled out atmosphere at home. Jamie works a shift pattern including nights therefore WFH on a regular basis would only be possible from your room (in which there is ample space for a full setup.), to keep the communal areas a welcoming and relaxing place in the day time.

We both like having friends over from time to time and particularly over a weekend. Emile is very into his arts and culture and will usually have a packed itinerary making the most of the weekend going over the city to museums and galleries, movies, opera and ballet. Jamie is also very into his movies and also enjoys an exhibition. We often go out to catch a film at the BFI together as well as occasionally enjoying a movie night at home with friends. Jamie is very into his cycling but when he's at home you'll often find him with his head in a book but always open to a chat or a spontaneous outing. Both of us are up for spending time together outside the flat, getting coffee, a beer or even a little day trip but eaually we are often both busy with our own things and we appreciate that it will be the same for you!

Room comes unfurnished but drawers and wardrobes are available for a £50 fee from the managing company.

Bills at the moment work out at £115 each per month. Energy is paid at a fixed amount over the course of the year and any surplus credit above our usage we can withdraw after winter.

Please note potential for rent to go up by around 4.5% in January but we will argue for as low as possible.
