Description
We're looking for a friendly and sociable flatmate to join our lovely flat share in the heart of Dalston. With Kingsland Road on your doorstep, the Dalston Kingsland overground less than a 5 minute walk and Dalston Junction 7-8 minutes, it really is the best location for East London living.
About the room:
Double bedroom on the first floor
£900 Per Month + Bills (Energy, Water, Internet, Council Tax band D, Cleaner)
Comes furnished with Bed, bedbase, chest of draws, bed side table
Available: 21st of November with potential to move in earlier
About the house:
It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 4 story apartment with the living & dining on the top floor with plenty of natural light. The flat is in good condition, with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. We have two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace area. There is an additional mezzanine level which acts as a great home office. The kitchen runs on gas with an electric oven so bills (water, gas/electricity/internet/council tax Band D/ cleaner). The landlords are a lovely family who are hands-off but also very responsive for maintenance etc. We have recently had all of the floors replaced on the top floor.
Nathan (30) work’s freelance in fashion photography, He is usually on set 60% of the week and then works from home the remainder of the time. Outside of work he does cross fit, likes to get out of the house and go to gigs, art shows and head to the local pub or winebar.
Joe (29) is an actor in film and tv. When he is not talking to himself learning lines or filming auditions (often in his room) He enjoys writing, socialising and travelling. He loves to keep fit and go to the gym and always down for a trip to the local pub.
Seb (29) is a medical writer who spends most weekdays in the office. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, hiking, running, gaming, (both board and virtual) and the cinema. More of a homebody than a party animal, he's always up for a games night or movie hangout.
YOU:
We love living in a house that really feels like home. We are looking for someone who will easily slot in - ideally someone who has their own interests but is keen to join in a relaxed dinner/brunch/drinks from time to time. Generally, there is always someone around in the kitchen/house for a chat, but everyone also respects each others’ privacy. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to making our home great! We are an LQBTQIA+ friendly house.
Get in touch to arrange a viewing. We are looking for someone to move in on the 21st of November and looking to start viewings from the 29th of October.
