Double room (single use) for rent in Balls Pond Road, between the overground stations of Dalston Junction and Canonbury. The room will be available from November 13th, for a one-year contract. The area is residential and quiet, but only a few minutes walk to Dalston High Street.

The room comes almost fully furnished. It opens to the flat's back garden, which is shared with the other flatmates, and can also be accessed from one of the other rooms in the flat.

When it comes to the flat/flatmates, here's some info:
•⁠ ⁠The flat is made of 3 double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, 1 bathroom and the back garden. It does not come with a living room.
•⁠ ⁠There are currently 3 tenants: Andy, George (who will be moving out) and Juliette. We will be attending the viewings, for a chance to meet in person before eventually moving in.
•⁠ ⁠The current contract is for the whole flat, and not the individual rooms.
•⁠ ⁠Bills are around £150 per month/per person, including Council Tax and Broadband.
•⁠ ⁠Rent is paid on the 28th of each month - rent for this room is £650/month. Deposit is also £650.

We would ideally be looking for someone in their late 20s/30s, who is chilled and tidy. The house isn’t a party flat, but we socialise and keep the atmosphere of the house friendly. No pets or smoking allowed.

Viewing will be open mostly during the week.
