Room Available in 3-Person Flatshare in Dalston

We are looking for someone to permanently replace me in our spacious 3 bedroom flat in Dalston from the end of December/beginning of January (date flexible), with a minimum 6 month contract (possibility of leaving earlier if you find someone to replace you). You'll be sharing with two flatmates, Charlotte (31), a friendly French woman who works in finance, and another flatmate yet to be found! (another room currently available).

The room is spacious and fully furnished with everything in the photos (except the desk). It has a window overlooking the hallway in front of the flat, so it's quiet as it's not on the street, although it doesn't get any natural light. The location is ideal - just a 10 minute walk from Dalston Kingsland, with shops, bars and restaurants just around the corner.

The rent is £950 excluding bills (around £100 including WiFi).
We are looking for a man or woman aged 22-38 who is clean and respectful. Let me know if you'd like to come and have a look!
