We are leaving our lovely en-suite bedroom and would like to find someone to replace us. It is suitable for one person and for couples.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, chest if drawers, wardrobe, and has an en-suite, newly refurbished bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. The room has a vuew to the terrace and has plenty of light.

The flat is located 5 minutes away from Dalston Junction overground station but it is not on the main street, it is very peaceful and quiet. Next to us there are also plenty of buses, right on our doorstep. Additionally, there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, such as a Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury's, etc. And very cosy cafés, with an amazing atmosphere for Sunday brunches.

The house has a kitchen, two additional bathrooms, a terrace and a living room. The price is 1300pcm including of all bills and a weekly cleaning service. This price is for a couple, so the rent for one person needs to be agreed/discussed with the agency.
